You can move or cancel it with the links in your confirmation email. We may move or cancel a call when we have to, and we will tell you by email when we do. ## No guarantee of results Nothing on this site is a promise of leads, bookings, revenue, or any other result. We may stop contacting you, or block access, if you break these rules. ## Being contacted by us By checking a consent box on one of our forms, replying YES to a message asking for your consent, or otherwise asking us to contact you, you agree that we (and, where the form or message names them, the business we are contacting you for) may contact you at the number or email you provided, by text, phone call, and email. Calls and texts may be placed using automated technology, and calls may use an AI voice assistant. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. You can withdraw it at any time, as described below. Frequency varies with your conversation. - **Cost:** message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for texts, but your carrier might. - **Opt out and help:** reply **STOP** to opt out and **HELP** for help. Plain words like "stop texting me" also work. - **Carriers:** carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and coverage may change. ## Calls, recording, and AI assistants - **AI assistants:** some of our calls, texts, and emails are handled by an AI assistant. Where the law requires, it will tell you it is an AI system, and you can ask for a person at any time. - **Callbacks you request:** if you ask us to call you, we may call you back with an AI voice assistant at the number you give. We will first ask you to confirm that you agree to an AI-assisted call. That confirmation covers your request only. - **Recording:** calls and messages may be recorded and transcribed. By continuing a call after being told it may be recorded, you agree to the recording, to the extent consent is required where you are. - **Accuracy:** an AI assistant can make mistakes. It does not give legal, medical, or financial advice, and you should not rely on it in an emergency. Call 911 or your local emergency number instead. ## Your phone number and information - You confirm that the phone number and email you give us belong to you or that you are authorized to use them. - If your number changes or you no longer use it, tell us so that we do not contact the wrong person. If a number is shared or has been reassigned, the current user should tell us so we can stop contacting them. ## Contacts made for other businesses We provide outreach services to other businesses. If we contact you on behalf of a business, we are acting for that business: - Appointments, quotes, and services are between you and that business, not us. We honor any clear request in any wording. Stopping texts does not automatically stop calls or email, so tell us which you want to stop. We keep a record of opt-outs so you are not contacted again.
