Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are and the one cookie this site sets.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small piece of data a website stores in your browser so it can recognize you between page loads. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are first-party cookies. Cookies set by other companies through that site are third-party cookies, and they are how most cross-site ad tracking works.
Cookies on this site
- Session cookie. Protects our forms from forgery, keeps a signed-in administrator signed in, and remembers for that visit how you arrived: the campaign tags in the link, the site that linked you here, and the first page you opened. The cookie itself holds only a random identifier; those details stay on our server and are saved only if you book a call or send a message. It ends when you close your browser.
That is the complete list. We set no analytics, advertising, or third-party cookies, and the site loads its fonts and scripts from its own server.
Browser storage
If you open the chat, the site keeps a random conversation code in your browser's session storage so Ivy can follow the thread until you close the tab. If you turn on spoken replies, that choice is kept in your browser's local storage. Neither is a cookie, and neither is used to track you.
Managing cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies. Blocking the session cookie stops our forms from submitting; the rest of the site keeps working.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add a cookie, we will update this page and its date first.
