Terms of Service

Last updated September 30, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") before using this website. By using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Definitions

  • Company ("we", "us", "our") means Swayvia.com, 7775 Walton Pkwy, Unit #150 New Albany, OH 43054.
  • Site means this website, including the booking and contact forms.
  • You means the person using the site.

The site

The site describes Swayvia and lets you book a call with us or send us a message. It is provided "as is" and "as available", and we may change or pause any part of it.

Booking a call

A booking reserves a time on our calendar. You can move or cancel it with the links in your confirmation email. We may move or cancel a call when we have to, and we will tell you by email when we do.

No guarantee of results

Nothing on this site is a promise of leads, bookings, revenue, or any other result. Examples describe what could happen, not what will.

Not professional advice

Nothing here is legal, financial, or tax advice.

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information, and only your own.
  • Use the site only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not try to break, overload, scrape, or get around any part of the site.
  • Do not use abusive, threatening, or unlawful language in your conversations with us, and do not try to trick, manipulate, or overload our AI assistants or systems, or to extract our prompts, code, or data.
  • Do not submit false information, or use our forms to sign up someone else.

We may stop contacting you, or block access, if you break these rules.

Being contacted by us

By checking a consent box on one of our forms, replying YES to a message asking for your consent, or otherwise asking us to contact you, you agree that we (and, where the form or message names them, the business we are contacting you for) may contact you at the number or email you provided, by text, phone call, and email. Calls and texts may be placed using automated technology, and calls may use an AI voice assistant. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. You can withdraw it at any time, as described below. If this section conflicts with the rest of these Terms on texting, calls, or AI assistants, this section controls. It works together with our SMS Messaging Policy and Privacy Policy.

Text message terms

  • Messages: follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, replies to your questions, and, where you agreed to receive them, offers from a business you have dealt with. Frequency varies with your conversation.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for texts, but your carrier might.
  • Opt out and help: reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Plain words like "stop texting me" also work.
  • Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and coverage may change.

Calls, recording, and AI assistants

  • AI assistants: some of our calls, texts, and emails are handled by an AI assistant. Where the law requires, it will tell you it is an AI system, and you can ask for a person at any time.
  • Callbacks you request: if you ask us to call you, we may call you back with an AI voice assistant at the number you give. We will first ask you to confirm that you agree to an AI-assisted call. That confirmation covers your request only.
  • Recording: calls and messages may be recorded and transcribed. By continuing a call after being told it may be recorded, you agree to the recording, to the extent consent is required where you are.
  • Accuracy: an AI assistant can make mistakes. It does not give legal, medical, or financial advice, and you should not rely on it in an emergency. Call 911 or your local emergency number instead.

Your phone number and information

  • You confirm that the phone number and email you give us belong to you or that you are authorized to use them.
  • If your number changes or you no longer use it, tell us so that we do not contact the wrong person. If a number is shared or has been reassigned, the current user should tell us so we can stop contacting them.

Contacts made for other businesses

We provide outreach services to other businesses. If we contact you on behalf of a business, we are acting for that business:

  • Appointments, quotes, and services are between you and that business, not us. That business is responsible for its own products, services, pricing, and promises.
  • We are not a party to any agreement you make with the business, and we are not responsible for what the business does or does not do.
  • The business's own terms and privacy policy may apply to your dealings with it.
  • If you did not expect to hear from us, reply STOP or contact us and we will take you off our lists.

Withdrawing consent and stopping contact

You may stop contact at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling the caller you want to stop, replying to an email, or contacting us through our contact page. We honor any clear request in any wording. Stopping texts does not automatically stop calls or email, so tell us which you want to stop. We keep a record of opt-outs so you are not contacted again. Opting out does not affect anything we did before your request.

Intellectual property

The site, including its text, design, software, and branding, belongs to the Company. These Terms do not give you any right to copy or republish it.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that every message or call will be delivered or received, and we are not responsible for carrier delays, filtering, or outages. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our contact services, including lost profits. If you give us another person's number or information without permission, you are responsible for resulting claims against us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
